Sunshine Law
The Colorado Sunshine Law requires that the school maintain a list of persons who request to be notified of meetings or discussions on specific topics and provide reasonable advance notice of any meeting. A request to be included on the list covers a two-year period. You can make a request by e-mailing Manijeh Taherynia at manijeht@comcast.net with your contact information and the specific topics for which you would like notification.
Notices
The Boulder Prep facilities inspection has confirmed that asbestos was not used in our building construction, and no asbestos was found on site. A hard copy of Boulder Prep's updated asbestos management plan is available at the school for review.
