Personal Bio:
- My name is Morgan Jessica Shaffer. As of today, I am seventeen years old; but I will turn eighteen on October 13, 2004. I was born in Oakland, California. When I turned five, we decided to move to Colorado (my mom, stepdad, brother and I). We lived in several different places until we moved into a trailer on Violet Street in north Boulder. There, my brother got in a lot of legal trouble. I went to Flatirons Elementary, Baseline Middle and Boulder High School before attending Boulder Preparatory High School. Shortly after starting middle school, I began to ditch and get myself into deep legal trouble. By sophomore year, I was sent to Boulder Prep. I shortly cut off my ankle monitor, threw it in a lake, and ran away to California where I lived for a few months. Eventually, I got arrested, served four months and was reaccepted into Boulder Prep. There, I met Amber Garcia, who graduated in 2003. She has helped me stay on my feet ever since. She and I are now moving into our own apartment on June 28, 2004 after graduation.
