Jesus Noriega
Age 18
Personal Bio:
- Hi my full name is, Jesus Noriega Cazares, for all or the people who were wondering. I am eighteen as of March 10th. I don't know exactly when I came to Boulder Prep, but I know that the last school that I was attending was not a good one. I went to my last school for about two years and it was the hardest two years of my life. I hated it and I just wanted to quit and try getting a job so at least I can be doing something. That was until my sister first told me about Boulder Prep. She told me about what they were doing there and that I would be very successful there. I went there for the summer just to try it out. It was good and I liked it. I passed all of my classes and felt like I could be able to do the same at my old school. I went back to my old school and thought I would be successful there as well. I was completely wrong; I found out that I work the best in a school with a smaller population of students. I went back to Boulder Prep and haven't left since. I now have hopes of going on to college to try to do something in law, and also do something in the place of being a P.E. teacher. I don't think I would be in this situation, about to graduate if it wasnt' for all the help I received along the way. I like to thank the faculty for all the support and a special thanks to Andre, Bruce, Gabe, the teachers of Boulder Prep and my coach Randy. You guys are really what got me to this point. Thanks.

- Best Memory:
-
The best memory I have at Prep was February 14, 2003. We played a prank on our headmaster Bruce. He was getting married later that day so we staged a mock wedding for the students. We had planned for two students to get married; little did Bruce know that his fiancée, Bonnie was just in the other room. We finally surprised Bruce; he couldn't believe he had been fooled like that. After the ceremony we had a reception with food and toasts. As “father of the bride”, I told Bruce he could call me dad. “Besides, I haven't lost a daughter, I just gained a son.”
