- Graduation 2003
- May 2003: Congratulations to our 12 graduates. The ceremony was wonderful and we are proud that all graduates presented a speech and all were accepted to college. Photos

- U.S. Hispanic Leadership Conference:
- September 2003: Staff and students attended the U.S. Hispanic Leadership Conference in Chicago. Photos
- BMOCA Art Exhibit
- October 2003: Students displayed miniature versions of their beds at the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art. Photos
- 3rd Annual Chili Cookoff
- November 2003: We had a great turnout of parents and chili. Our keynote speaker, Dr. Everett Spees, was captivating. Thanks to everyone who participated. Photos
- National Youth-At-Risk Conference in Savannah, GA
- March 2004: Boulder Prep was selected as a "High Flying School" and presented at the conference on our model for success. Students and staff also attended other sessions to develop relationships for further collaborations.The presentation was a great success and we look forward to participating again next year. Photo
- 1st Annual Pasta Potluck
- March 2004: A night filled with dancing, great food and even a spaghetti and meatballs cake. Thanks to everyone who attended. Photos
- Poetry Jam
- March 2004: Students and staff have the opportunity to share poetry with the community. This has been a great way for students to express the variety of emotions they experience. Thanks to Ron Doyle and his poetry class for organizing the event.
- Urban Leadership Institute Workshop
- March 2004: The Urban Leadership Institute from Baltimore came to Boulder Prep and led Friday Life Skills. They addresses college preparation, diversity issues and skill building. Thanks to LaMarr, David and Regina for a great day. Photos
- Mural Goes to the Capital
- April 2004: Through a generous grant from the StorageTek Foundation our students have been working with Leo Tenguma to create a mural demonstrating the power to overcome obstacles. This mural was displayed on the lawn of the State Capital as part of an art exhibit through the Colorado League of Charter Schools. Photos
