Ashley Banks Age 16 Personal Bio:: Boulder Prep has totally changed my life! I am thankful to have had the opportunity to attend here. There have been many points in my life when I wasn't sure if I was going to make it. Before going to Prep, I was moving all the time and had stopped going to school. I didn't respect, or take care of myself and had given up on my future. It took me a while to get it together, but it feels good to have finally accomplished so much. I know that I will succeed in life, and continue to receive an education. Now I have a bright future, and I'm not sure if I would be headed on this path if it weren't for Prep. Not everyone can succeed in traditional schools and environments. If there were no place for people like us, what would we do? Where would we be headed? Boulder Prep is so important, and I have experienced a lot while going here. I will always remember and utilize the skills that I have been taught while going to school here, and I have some great memories that will always be with me!

Best Memory:: My best memory at Boulder Prep is when we conducted a “mock wedding ceremony” for Bruce and Bonnie. We surprised him with it; he had no idea and he definitely was not expecting it. There was a pretend altar, a minister and priestess and we decorated with flower petals, candles and music. Bruce looked so flustered and happy, and he turned bright red! It was cute. Then we ordered huge subs and drank soda out of champagne glasses. Best of all is when Bruce and his fiancée, Bonnie were walking out to his car, everyone bombarded them with silly string. They were completely covered and so was his shiny BMW. It was awesome!
